1. Readiness: Understand which are their main readiness gaps to be effective in growing their export sales or expand their operations to international markets.
2. Knowledge: Understand which are the markets that represent the biggest opportunity to them based on factors such as market trends, regulatory constraints, competitive landscape or structure of distribution channels.
3. Execution: Give SMEs access to specialists around the world that can represent their interests and execute their plans to enter and grow in those markets that have been defined as a priority.

To achieve the above objectives, XareGrowth integrates knowledge, a global network of specialists and technology under a platform that is affordable and easy to use for SMEs.

Success depends on multiple factors. Some factors are external, or market related, some are internal and relate to a company's competitiveness.

These are challenges that often make SMEs afraid of pursuing international expansion initiatives. XareGrowth doesn't guarantee success, but it offers SMEs with access to knowledge, expertise and tools to increase the probability of success.

As the community grows we are also planning to run offline events in Singapore where companies have the opportunity to engage with other members willing to share their experience.
